Squires Estate Hotel

Overlooking Governor’s Harbour atop a hillside, few properties anywhere in the Caribbean match the charm of Squires Estate. Guests can choose from eight restored nineteenth-century houses and smaller cottages for groups of two and up to 10. The property combines old Caribbean architecture, English influence and modern touches – its interior design was carefully selected. Squires Estates is part of the Bahamian Heritage of Historical Buildings, the properties refashion gracious living in the classic Bahamian tradition, but with modern amenities. Comforts include flat-screen cable TVs, air conditioning, WiFi, docking stations, complimentary toiletries and off-street parking.
